Cancellation:
• +7 days: full deposit refund
• -7 days: no refund
• No-show: full amount may be charged
After Check-In Refunds: Only for major issues (e.g. no AC, no hot water, structural issues)
Must be reported immediately; we will attempt to fix first.

Force Majeure: No refunds for natural events (floods, cyclones, fires, storms, tsunamis)
